| Seit
der Saison 2003/2004 wurden die Gebiete Pas de la Casa-Grau Roig mit Soldeu-El Tarter zusammengeschlossen und ist so unter dem Namen
Grand Valira
mit einem einzigen Skipass zu befahren. Somit stehen einem über 190km
Abfahrten und knapp 60 Lifte zur Verfügung. Jede Saison werden zahlreiche
Anlagen und Abfahrten erneuert, so das das Skigebiet immer auf dem
neuesten Stand ist. Von Grau Roig aus kann man mit der kuppelbaren Sechsersesselbahn Pic Blanc, der kuppelbaren Vierersesselbahn Antenes oder auch mit Doppelsesselbahn Riberal Richtung Pas de la Casa, auf der anderen Seite des Passes schweben. Die Abfahrten hinunter nach Grau Roig und auch nach Pas de la Casa führen über baumfreie Hänge und sind zumeist mittelschwer mit leichten und auch schweren Pisten. In Pas de la Casa gibt es im unteren Teil herrliche Anfängerpisten, die von einer Vierersesselbahn, einer Doppelsesselbahn und einigen Schleppliften erschlossen werden. Zurück nach Grau Roig geht es entweder mit der kuppelbaren Sechsersesselbahn Font Negre oder der kuppelbaren Vierersesselbahn Pas de la Casa. Um Richtung Soldeu-El Tarter zu gelangen muss man von Grau Roig mit der kuppelbaren Vierersesselbahn Cubil Richtung Pic Baix del Cubil und kann dann entweder gleich über eine mittelschwere Abfahrt zu den beiden kuppelbaren Sechsersesselbahnen Pla de Les Pedres schwingen oder aber über herrliche Hänge zur Vierersesselbahn Enradort. Zur Bergstation des Funitels Funicamp, der von Encamp die Gäste ins Gebiet befördert, gelangt man mit der Sechsersesselbahn Pla de les Pedres oder aber auch im Anschluss an die Vierersesselbahn Endradort mit der Vierersesselbahn Colibri. Von hier oben hat man die Qual der Wahl und man kann über breite Abfahrten ins Gebiet von Soldeu-El Tarter schwingen. Zurück nach Grau Roig muss man entweder die Vierersesselbahn oder den Schlepplift Llac del Cubil nehmen und man hat dann herrliche Abfahrten hinunter nach Grau Roig. In das Gebiet von Soldeu-El Tarter kann man auch von Canillo mit einer modernen Achtergondelbahn einsteigen. An der Bergstation surrt eine Vierersesselbahn, die für Anfänger bestens geeignet ist und auch als Rückbringer zur Achtergondelbahn dient, da es nach Canillo keine Talabfahrt gibt. Mit der kuppelbaren Vierersesselbahn Portella gelangt man über den 2465m hohen Pic de la Portella ins Gebiet von El Tarter und kann dann weiter bis Soldeu fahren. In El Tarter starten eine kuppelbare Vierersesselbahn und eine Achtergondelbahn hinauf ins Skigebiet. Mit den kuppelbaren Sechsersesselbahnen Tosa Espiolets und Llosada gelangt man bis auf 2467m, bzw. 2560m und kann ins nächste Tal abfahren. Mit der Vierersesselbahn Solanelles geht dann wieder hinauf auf den 2458m hohen Collada de les Solanelles und kann dann ins Gebiet von Pas de la Casa-Grau Roig wechseln, oder aber auch bis ganz hinunter nach Soldeu schwingen, von wo eine Achtergondelbahn und eine Doppelsesselbahn wieder bergwärts führt. Die Abfahrten im gesamten Gebiet von Grandvalira sind sehr abwechslungsreich und man findet alles von der breiten, leichten Anfängerpiste über wohl geneigte mittelschwere Pisten bis hin zu extremen Pisten, die auch Fortgeschrittenen viel Puste kosten. Ein perfektes Skigebiet das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Since the season 2003/2004 the ski resorts Pas de la Casa-Grau Roig are linked with Soldeu-El Tarter and they have a new name now, called Grandvalira. So you can ski more than 190 km of runs and you have about 60 lifts with one lift pass. Every year new lifts replace old lifts and they improve the runs, so that the resort is on a high level. From Grau Roig you can take the high speed six person chair Pic Blanc, the high speed quad Antenes or the double chair Riberal up to the runs to Pas de la Casa at the other side of the pass. The runs down to Grau Roig and to Pas de la Casa are mostly intermediate with some easy and some advanced runs on tree free slopes. In Pas de la Casa are many easy runs in the lower level, especially for beginners with a quad, a double chair and some t-bars. Back to Grau Roig you can take either the high speed six person chair Font Negre or the high speed quad Pas de la Casa. To go to Soldeu-El Tarter you have to take the high speed quad Cubil up to Pic Baix del Cubil und then you can take either an intermediate run down to the two high speed six person chairs Pla de Les Pedres or you can swing via excellent runs down to the quad Enradort. To the top station of the funitel Funicamp, which arrives from Encamp, you can take the high speed six person chair Pla de Les Pedres and in connection to the quad Endradort with the quad Colibri. Now you are spoilt for choice and you can swing also down via wide intermediate runs to Soldeu-El Tarter. Back to Grau Roig you have to take either the quad or the t-bar Llac del Cubil and you have nice runs down to Grau Roig. You can start your day also in Canillo with the modern eight person gondola up to the ski resort. At the top station is a quad, especially for beginners and to bring the people bacj to the top station of the gondola, because there is no valley run down to Canillo. With the high speed quad Portella you can reach the Pic de la Portella (2464m) and if you ski down you can reach El Tarter and Soldeu. From El Tarter a high speed quad and a high speed eight person gondola take you up into the resort again. With the high spped quads Tosa Espiolets and Llosada you can go up to 2467m and 2560m and now you can swing down in the next valley where the quad Solanelles takes you up to resort of Pas de la Casa-Grau Roig or you can ski down to Soldeu. In Soldeu an eight person gondola and a double chair takes the people up to the mountain again. The runs in the large ski area Grandvalira offers all kind of runs, from very easy to advanced runs. The perfect ski resort where you will find everything you are looking for. |
