10.05.2008Das Sukhothai Hotel in Bangkok liegt in relativer Nähe zum Phat Phong und der Skytrainstation "Sala Daeng". Zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren kleinen und einem etwas größeren Gebäude, welche sehr schön von einem üppigen Tropengarten und dekorativen Teichen umgeben sind und das im Zentrum von Bangkok. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für den Geschäftsreisenden oder den Urlauber. Nur 45 Minuten Fahrt vom/zum Internationalen Flughafen Suvarnabhumi mit einem der hoteleigenen Mercedes S Klasse Limousinen mit Chauffeur oder mit dem Taxi. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön geräumig, stilvoll mit Holzausstattung und der "Schrank" ist begehbar und auch gleichzeitig der herrliche Weg in ein Teak Badezimmer, mit eleganter Einrichtung. Das Hotel ist überaus luxuriös und doch zeitgemäß. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielschichtig als Buffet gestaltet und das Personal ist mehr als zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. The hotel consists out of several small and a slightly larger building, which are surrounded by a nice lush tropical garden and decorative ponds in the heart of Bangkok. The hotel´s location is perfect for business travelers or tourists. Only 45 minutes drive from/to the Suvarnabhumi International Airport with the hotel´s Mercedes S Class with a driver or by taxi. The rooms are very nice and spacious, stylish with wooden equipment and the "cabinet" is accessible and also the wonderful way to a teak bathroom, with elegant furnishings. The hotel is very luxurious, but also contemporary. The breakfast is very complex designed as a buffet and the staff is more than courteous, helpful and friendly... |

Was soll man zu dieser Stadt sagen? Auf jeden Fall muß man sie erleben und
kann sie nur schwer beschreiben. Bangkok ist für den Smog und seine Umwelt- und Luftverschmutzung bekannt.
Diese Stadt hat jedoch auch weit aus mehr zu bieten, z.B. der Grand Palace, eine
Bootsfahrt auf den Seitenarmen des Mar Nam Chao Phraya, sehr viele, sehr schöne Tempelanlagen und Shoppingcenter. Man kann ohne Bedenken den Sky Train (ca. 20 Baht pro Person) oder die Expressboote (ca. 8 Baht pro Person) nutzen, um sich die Stadt auf "eigene Faust" anzusehen. Auch Pat Pong, welches als das Vergnügungsviertel bekannt ist, ist kein gefährlicher Stadtteil. Bangkok hat jede Menge zu bieten... What should you say about this city? In any case you have to visit Bangkok and it not so easy to descripe this city. Bangkok is well known for the smog and its environmental and air pollution. This city has to offer however more, e.g. the Grand Palace, a boat trip on the anabranch of the Mar Nam Chao Phraya, very many and very beautiful temples and shopping-centers. You can use the SkyTrain (approx. 20 Baht per person) or the express boats (approx. 8 Baht per person) without doubts, to investigate the town of your own. Also PatPong, which admits as the nightclub district, is no dangerous quarter. Bangkok has a lot to provide... |
