Von
Rocca di Cambio führt die kuppelbare Vierersesselbahn Brecciara hinauf in
das Skigebiet von Campo Felice bis auf 1730m. Man kann auch von der
Autobahnausfahrt Tornimparte ca. 10km über den 1633m
hohen Pass entlang des Hochplateaus direkt nach Campo Felice auf etwa
1535m fahren und von dort in das Skigebiet einsteigen. Hier oben stehen
2500 kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die kuppelbare
Vierersesselbahn Campo Felice führt direkt zur Bergstation der
Brecciarabahn bis 1730m. Fünf Berge zwischen 1900m und 2064m werden hier
durch Liftanlagen und Pisten bedient. Die nostalgische Doppelsesselbahn Monte Rotondo,
zu erreichen über eine leichte Abfahrt, führt hinauf bis unterhalb des
2064m hohen Monte Rotondo bis etwa 1900m. Der obere Teil der Bahn ist
nicht mehr in Betrieb. Eine mittelschwere Abfahrt führt hinunter zu den
anderen Liftanlagen und bei guter Schneelage kann man über eine schwere
Abfahrt auch bis Rocca di Cambio gelangen. Neben der Sesselbahn startet
die Doppelsesselbahn Cisterna hinauf zum Monte Cisterna auf 1910m.
Abfahrten aller Schwierigkeitsgrade führen von hier wieder durch
Waldschneisen zu Tale. Ein Stückchen unterhalb startet die
Vierersesselbahn Nibbio zu weiteren Abfahrten aller Schwierigkeitsgrade
vom Nibbio Uno (1914m). Jetzt kann man zu den zwei neuen Anlagen am Monte
Vallone wechseln. Die Vierersesselbahn Cerchiare und im Anschluss die
Vierersesselbahn Vallone (Colle DX) führen hinauf zum höchsten, mit dem
Lift erreichbaren Punkt im Skigebiet auf 1916m. Ein Tellerlift erschliesst
ab der Mitte noch den Monte Nibbio Due (1900m). Die Abfahrten hier sind
zumeist mittelschwer und führen durch Waldschneisen hinunter nach Campo
Felice. In Campo Felice gibt es noch die Doppelsesselbahn Scuola und den
Tellerlift Snoopy, die speziell für die Anfänger sind.
Nach Rocca di Cambio führt die sehr schöne mittelschwere Abfahrt Della
Vergine, die wir hier nicht vergessen möchten. Das
gesamte Skigebiet befindet sich zumeist unterhalb der Baumgrenze und die Wälder
bestehen fast nur aus Laubbäumen. Die obersten Teile des Gebietes
bieten kurze Abfahrten auf baumfreien Hängen. Die Pisten an der
Vierersesselbahn Campo Felice sind sehr leicht und Snowboarder finden hier
einen Funpark mit eigenem Seillift vor. Es gibt einige Snack-Bars im
Gebiet verteilt, die Getränke und Sandwiches anbieten, an der Bergstation
der Brecciara- und Campo Felicebahnen gibt es ein sehr nettes Gasthaus, wo
man vorzüglich Speisen kann. Das Skigebiet liegt im Herzen der Abruzzen
und ist nur eine gute Stunde von Rom entfernt...
From Rocca di Cambio you can take the high speed quad Brecciara up to
the ski resort of Campo Felice at an elevation of 1730m. You can also exit
the highway at Tornimparte, drive approx. 10km via the 1633m high mountain
pass along the elevated plain to Campo Felice which is located at an
elevation of 1535m. Here you have 2500 free parking lots. The high speed
quad Campo Felice leads up to the top station of the Brecciara quad
(1730m). Five mountains between 1900m and 2064m high have been made
available with lifts and runs. The nostalgic double chair Monte Rotondo,
reachable via an easy run, takes the skiers and riders up to about 1900m,
this is below the 2064m peak of Mounte Rotondo. The upper part of the lift
is no more working. An intermediate run leads down to the other lifts and
if there is enough snow you can ski or ride also down to Rocca di Cambio.
Next to this lift starts the double chair Cisterna up to the Monte
Cisterna (1910m). Runs of all levels of difficulties lead down via forest
aisles. A bit below starts the quad Nibbio up to Nibbio Uno (1914m) and
you can choose between easy, intermediate and advanced runs. Now you can
reach the new quads on Monte Vallone. With the quad Cerchiare and in
connection the quad Vallone (Colle DX) you can reach the highest lifted
point in the ski resort (1916m). From the mid station a t-bar open up the
terrain on Monte Nibbio Due (1900m). The runs are mostly intermediate and
you can ski down to Campo Felice. In Campo Felice is the double chair
Scuola and the t-bar Snoopy especially for the beginners. Down to Rocca di
Cambio leads the very nice intermediate run Della Vergine. The hole ski
resort is mostly below the tree line, only the upper 100 meters are abouve
the tree line and the forest mostly consists of deciduous trees. The
slopes at the high speed quad Campo Felice are very easy and there is a
nice fun park with rope tow for snowboarders. In the resort are some
snack-bars where you can purchase beverages and sandwiches and at the top
station if the Brecciara- und Campo Felice quads is a very nice restaurant
where you can enjoy a very good lunch. The ski resort is located in the
heart of the Abruzzo and is only one hour by car from Rome... |
